Outdoor Classroom Removal & Installation
The Chadwick R-I School District is currently accepting bids for outdoor classroom wood decking at 7090 State Hwy 125 South, Chadwick MO 65629. Bid Proposals are due by 3:00 pm on May 23, 2024, and will be opened at the board meeting on May 23, 2024 beginning at 6:00pm.
Chadwick R-I School reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids labeled "Outdoor Classroom Bid" can be mailed to Superintendent Michael Wallace PO BOX 274 Chadwick MO 65629 or delivered to Chadwick School. Bids should be delivered in sealed envelopes. Bids should include separate cost totals for materials, labor, removal, and installation.
Completion Schedule: Project would need to be completed during the summer months. Project could begin as early as June 1st and must be completed by August 1st.
Project Description: The district will need the current decks removed from outdoor classroom and new decking installed.
Insurance: The successful bidder must verify insurance coverage, including liability & workers compensation coverage.
Responsibility for Damages: The contractor will be responsible for and repair all damage to the building due to negligence of its workmen and report to Chadwick School District any such damage to the building which may exist or may occur during the occupancy of the quarters.
